You Are Not Alone
You don’t feel like yourself right now. You’re caught up in anxious thoughts, self doubt, and beating yourself up more than you should. There’s a part of you that feels ashamed—ashamed of how you feel and what you believe about yourself. And deep down, you can’t shake the feeling that something’s missing.
Maybe you’ve started noticing habits that don’t serve you—drinking more than you want, eating to numb, or pulling away from the people who care.
This pain isn’t just random—it’s tied to old wounds, messages from your childhood, or trauma that you never really got to heal from.
Unhealed wounds may sounds like “I’m too much,” “I’m not good enough,” or “What's the point," "This is hopeless." These beliefs become the walls keeping you from feeling peace, healing, and truly whole.
Recover and Reclaim the Real You
Over the years, I’ve seen how unprocessed childhood and life trauma often show up as anxiety, depression, and addiction. True healing begins when we connect the dots—and realize we’ve been surviving through pain, not living beyond it. That awareness is powerful, and it’s where transformation begins.
It's time to recover all. It is time to restore what has been lost or stolen from you. You deserve to feel peace and joy. You deserve to have healthy and whole relationships. Stop hiding behind who you think you should be and discover who you were created to be.
When we feel alone and invisible, someone who sees us can change everything, if it's the right person. This is where the right therapist comes in. Let’s work together to heal the past so you can fully step into your authentic self. Healing is possible, and this pain won’t last forever. I promise.

Hi, I'm catie.
I’ve been there. I know the weight of depression, addiction, and anxiety—and how hard it can be to hold onto hope when you’re in the thick of it. I also know the courage it takes to take that first step toward healing, to let go, and to begin trusting the process.
Along with my personal experience, I bring professional training in addiction, complex PTSD, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD. My approach combines clinical knowledge with deep compassion for what this journey really feels like.
